There is "extra" software available on the Windows 95 Upgrade CD-ROM. But you don't have to buy that CD-ROM to get the software on it. Microsoft makes it available to you to download online. As Microsoft updated their Web site over the years, since Windows 95 was released, it changed, more than once, the location of the files listed here.
